All of the houses have a grill, fire pit, and plenty of parking for your trailers and trucks. We are outside of the city of LaFollette where you get the true feeling of being in the Tennessee mountains.

All our properties are a quick ride to Royal Blue (2 minutes) & Tackett Creek (13 minutes). You also can ride to get gas directly from the house on your ATV’s.



We have a great Breakfast & Lunch spot directly across the street from all of the properties.

   Restaurant across street opened very early and had ice we needed for coolers. Trails to right down rd more red than blue. Trails to left on duff rd were perfect and connected to everything. Plenty of space for 3 couples and 2 kids.
