You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area (2 minutes) and to Tackett Creek (little over 10 minutes). There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 5 acre property. This is 1 of 4 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Please let us know if you need help booking larger groups.

THE SPACE
Master with King size bed, guest room with two bunkbeds with full beds, additional guest room with 1 full bed. The couch is a queen sleeper sofa and there is room for air mattresses if you want to bring them.

GUEST ACCESS
Entire home on 5 acres. You can park anywhere in the yard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We are located 2 minutes from the Sundquist Unit and 14 minutes from Tackett creek. You can conveniently ride into town to fill up with fuel. Directly across the street there is a 1940s restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday.

There is a steep entrance to this driveway. The best way to get into the driveway with a large trailer, to avoid scraping, is to turn right into the driveway. We also own the property across the street and parking your trailer across the street is an option if you do not feel comfortable driving your trailer down the driveway.
